"I recently had a fantastic experience with my dental hygiene routine with Olivia. Following my dentist's advice, I've been brushing my teeth twice a day for two minutes each time and more using fluoride toothpaste. Flossing daily has become a habit, helping me remove food particles and plaque from between my teeth. I've also incorporated mouthwash into my routine as a daily thing, as recommended by my dentist. Regular dental check-ups have allowed me to catch any issues early on. Overall, I'm thrilled with the results of my improved dental hygiene practices and skills put into place! No pain like regular hygiene practice."
